Fundraising page

All fundraisers on Beyondward get a fundraising page where you can show your initiative an get donations. Create a presentation for your fundraiser, get followers, let your visitors share your fundraising page, and much more. Your fundraising page will showcase your received donations and progress. All fundraisers also includes a feed where you can update everyone about the work you do, and let others post and engage.

Your fundraiser will also be visible throughout Beyondward to bring you more donations. When someone donates to your fundraiser or interact with your page, the activity will show up in the main feed on Beyondward.

Activity feed

Your fundraising page will have a feed where you can share your progress and updates with your donors. The feed is open for everyone to post, comment and engage with your content and your fundraiser. All activity is also automatically posted to the main feed on Beyondward to bring you more attention.

Donations

In the donations tab all received donations, that are made public by the donor, are shared. All donations can by liked or commented on, to allow you to engage more with your donors.

You can decide to hide all public donations made to your fundraiser, or hide the total amount donated to your fundraiser.

Supporters

The supporters tab allows you to build a list of supporters, people or organizations that want to help you on your mission. You decide what a supporter is to you - maybe someone who wants to help out, or someone just want to spread the word about your work. You can choose if you want this tab visible or not.

Reviews

All fundrasiers on Beyondward are reviewed by other users to help future donors to make more informed decisions on what to donate to. Make your fundraiser stand out by engaging with your donors and providing updates.

Followers

Get followers for your fundraiser on Beyondward. Your followers will get any updates and activity from your fundraisers prioritized in their main feed.

Donation widget

The donation widget allows anyone to donate to your fundraiser. We handle the payment and the donor can choose to donate with a card, through Swish (Sweden) or a gift card. The donor can select any amount within the range you have chosen, and can control if and how their donation should be visible on Beyondward, as well as leave a comment.

Recurring donations

You decide if you want to allow one-time donations, recurring donations, or both in the donation widget. Recurring donations can be made monthly and weekly. When choosing monthly och weekly donation, a subscription will be created for the donor, and all future renewals are made automatically. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time.

Control donation amounts

The donation widget has four suggested donation amounts. You decide them. You can also allow the donors to enter an amount themselves, and setting a minimum and maximum donation amount for your fundraiser.

Show / hide donations

The donation widget allows the donor to decide if their donation should be visible on Beyondward. Visible donations are shown in the donations tab and in the feeds. If made visible, the donor can choose if the donation is anonymous, hide the amount and leave a public comment.

Start and end dates

You can set a start and end date for your fundraiser, which limits the possibility to make a donation before or after a specific date.

Donation goals

Do you want to activate a donation goal for your initiative? A donation goal is a great way to show how much donations you are aiming at and help you get more donations. Donations will be transferred to the receiver regardless of if the goal is met or not.

Donation products

Create donation products to help your donors see how the donations are used. Each donation product has a name, image, description and fixed donation amount. You can also limit the number of available products, set a donation goal for each product, and set a start or end date for when they are available.

The donation products will be visible on your fundraising page and your visitors can buy them by making a donation.

Donation certificates

For all completed donations a certificate is created, which the donor can share on social media to help you further.

Elements

Embed Beyondward anywhere. With our elements you can embed Beyondward into your website. Create donate buttons and let your visitors donate directly on your website.

Choose receiver

You can create a fundraiser for yourself or one of our verified receivers. You choose who will receive the donations when you create the initiative and can also change the receiver later in the settings.

All donations are automatically transferred to you or the receiver you choose through the Beyondward platform and our payment partners.

Competition with winners

You can choose to turn your fundraiser into a competition. All donations will be added to the prize pool. You can create multiple prizes for your competition and select a winner for each prize. At the end of the competition you need to select winners for all prizes. Once selected you can decide when to announce the winners and make the transfer of the donations you have received. Until then no transfers are made and winners are not public.
