How much does it cost?
For each donation you receive through our platform, you pay a percentage of the donation as a platform fee.That's it. No starting cost, monthly fees or transaction costs for payments. Everything is included in the platform fee.Choose a plan and see your platform fee. -
How is the platform fee calculated?
The platform fee is subtracted from the donated amount when we transfer the donation to your receiver account on Beyondward. When the transfer is made we check which plan you are using and subtract a percentage from the donation based on your current plan. The remaining amount will be available in your receiver account balance on Beyondward. -
Are payment fees included?
Yes, we iclude all fees for processing payments in our platform fee. There is no extra costs for you. -
What discounts are available?
If you are a member of Svensk Insamlingskontroll or Giva Sverige (FRII) your platform fee will automatically be discounted. You can see the discounted platform fee when you create you receiver account and choose that you are a member of Svensk Insamlingskontroll or Giva Sverige (FRII). If you expect high volumes, please contact us to discuss an individual discounted platform fee.

What payment methods are available?
We accept card payments, Swish payments and our own gift cards through the donation widget and will introduce more payment options going forward. No separate contracts with payment providors are required.When you create a receiver account on Beyondward, we will also automatically create a Stripe account for you to be able to receive payments. We will also perform a KYC (Know Your Customer) verfication process, to make sure that our platform is not used for money laundy, terorism or other illigal activity. -
In what ways can I receive donations?
We allow donations made directly to your profile, donations made to initiatives (fundraisers) created by you, initiatives (fundraisers) created by other members on behalf of you and donations made to missions on Beyondward, where we distribute those donations to receivers on Beyondward.You decide which of the donation channels above you want to activate. We also plan to open up for more donation channels going forward. -
Do you offer donation gift cards?
Yes, we sell donation gift cards that can be used for any donation on Beyondward. If you are interested in gift cards that are exclusive for your organization, contact us. -
Do you offer subscriptions for donations?
Yes, we allow you to decide what type of donations you want to accept. You can choose to accept one-time donations, monthly recurring donations and weekly recurring donations to your fundraisers and your profile. -
Can I embed a donation widget on my website?
Yes, you can create donation widgets and donate buttons for your website by using our Elements. All elements can be updated and managed directly on Beyondward.
Receiver account and payouts

When are transfers made to my receiver account?
If the donation is made directly to your profile, or through an initiative (fundraiser) on Beyondward where you are the receiver, the transfers is made to your receiver account balance at the time of the donation.If you have opted in to receive part of donations made to our missions on Beyondward, the transfer to your receiver account balance for those donations is made at the time of when we distribute mission donations to each receiver.Payouts to your bank account are made separately. -
When and how are payouts made to my bank account?
Payouts to your bank account from your receiver account balance on Beyondward is normally made weekly or monthly depending on which plan you have chosen. Weekly payouts will be available on mondays and monthly payouts will be available the first day of each month.Payouts will be made automatically in two ways: to the (1) International Bank Account Number (IBAN), and (2) Bankgiro (BG) that you have provided in your receiver account settings. The payout method is decided by the payment method used for the amount of the corresponding donation, where donations made using Stripe (card payments) will use your IBAN as payout method and all other donations will use BG as the payout method. Please note that donations need to be completed at least 7 days prior to the payout date to be included in each payout. The number of days prior to payout date may vary depending on holidays and the payout method used.
Change plan and close receiver account

How long are your contracts?
You can update your plan or close your receiver account at any time. There is no binding period. -
How can I change my plan?
You can update your plan at any time in your receiver account settings, and the new plan will affect the platform fee for future donations that you receive. -
How can I close my receiver account?
You may close your receiver account at any time. Contact us and we will remove you from our verified receivers, so that you no longer receive any donations from Beyondward.
