Using gene therapy, scientists have found a way to lower bad cholesterol in monkeys without making any permanent changes to their genes. 

High cholesterol can be bad for our health, but current treatments are expensive and need to be done often. 

The new method might offer a safer and more long-lasting solution to find the right cholesterol balance. When testing it on monkeys and promising results were seen.
