Japan’s just turned on the world’s first hybrid quantum supercomputer, blending quantum and classical tech to crunch problems at lightning speed. Built by Fujitsu and RIKEN, it’s already tackling climate models and drug designs that regular machines can’t touch. 

The computer could develop solutions for energy grids or new medicines faster than ever, and might redefine computing power, driving breakthroughs across science and society.
