MIT researchers have woven a fabric computer into clothing using standard textile machines, integrating circuits and sensors for real-time health tracking. This washable, lightweight tech can monitor heart rate, temperature, and more without bulky devices. It could soon make wearable tech more comfortable and accessible for everyday use. 

In the future, it might enhance fitness, medicine, and even smart homes by seamlessly blending computing into our lives.
