You own immune system is fighting off diseases and keeping you healthy every second. One of many developments lately in cancer therapy has been to start utilizing the system through CAR-T therapy.

Look at it as a treatment that turns your own immune cells into powerful soldiers to fight diseases like cancer. That's CAR-T therapy, and it's been very successful for certain blood cancers. 

Scientists are now exploring its potential for other health problems like autoimmune diseases, stiff muscles in the heart, and even "zombie" cells that can cause age-related issues. 

While it's still early days and there are challenges, this immunotherapy could revolutionize how we treat many different diseases in the future.
