Imagine a device that can mimic up to eight human organs simultaneously. An organs-on-a-chip device.

With it, we could make drug development faster, safer, and more efficient, ultimately reducing the number of failed clinical trials.

The idea to create a simulation of the human body to test the safety and effectiveness of drugs, could potentially reshape drug development in the future. 

And with the progress in regenerative medicine, 3D printing and stem-cell research we could see actual personalized medicine - drugs exactly tailored to you, tested beforehand.
